We encountered a minor issue initially, which was caused by a delay in the delivery of our paua by the NZ courier. However, Claire promptly reached out to me as soon as she received my email and graciously offered to send us a new shipment the following Wednesday. The pauas we received were truly exceptional - they were vibrant, sizable, and incredibly delicious. Even my parents, who had travelled from overseas, were absolutely amazed by the quality. Perfect. Seriously perfect. Delicious crays - I bought the smallest size, would probably get larger next time. Cooking instructions great but possibly a bit long? I pulled mine out as soon as they turned pink. Beautifully packaged and presented - I put all the packaging in the compost - the seaweed and wool wrapping in a wine barrel with water to save for the garden in summer. This is a real treat.
